  • Since paint printing may involve manual or artistic work, minor variations are considered part of the product’s uniqueness and not defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order through the available payment methods.

  • Firerockytz is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are accepted only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of custom / paint-printed Lycra T-shirts, returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

  • All content on firerockytz.in including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics are the intellectual property of Firerockytz.

  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
